GYROKINESIS® classes are about flow and rhythm. With only 6 people in a class you still have a closely monitored class. Your bodies natural intelligence will guide you through the class with everyone else, led by breath work and counting. With no hands on this class feels more like a dance class and workout. Originally called Yoga for Dancers this class gets you stretching in ways never felt before.
This class is taught on the mat and stools and does not use equipment so you'll learn how to loosen you body wherever you are in the world.
