What we offer at our Rose Bay Studio
Private Class
This one on one class offers you the undivided attention that you need if you have an injury, are a beginner or prefer to work alone. You will be taught on the specialised equipment as well as the Pulley Tower.
Cost $150 for an hour
Duet and Trio Class
These classes have flow and rhythm. They are suitable for people who have been doing GYROTONIC for a while or are confident movers.

These Makarlu domes are my favourite piece of equipment. From adding them to my squats by placing them under my heels for fascia release to holding the domes for grip strength, there is nothing these domes can't do!!
