ELEMENTS Cuffs for Bars are perfect add-ons for your Pilates equipment, particularly bars, where you need a secure clips to attach springs. They can be used on Reformer foot bars, Cadillac bars: horizontal and vertical or ladders. They have sticky tape on the inner side to prevent sliding. Each cuff should be used for up to 80 kg (12 stones) of hanging weight
